Some of the events that we hold throughout the year include:- Burns Night
- Traditional Scottish Fare and Entertainment
- Bastille Night and Hallowe'en
- Themed menus with musical entertainment comprising of songs from hit musicals such as Les Miserables and Phantom of the Opera.
- Last Night of the Proms
- A huge evening of flag waving and song singing - we provide the flags and the song sheets - you provide the great atmosphere!
- The Apprentice
- One night a year, we let the Business Studies pupils of a nearby school loose to run an event in the pub.
- Beer Festivals
- Twice yearly in April and October, with up to 20 real ales and ciders available, with a packed entertainment schedule
- Annual Fireworks Display
- Our annual (free!) fireworks display will take place this year on 30th October.
- Carol Service
- The Chet Valley Churches come to the White Horse and hold their evening carol service in the bar.
